Well I think I have just about got everything in its place. I just love the colors of this season, those cute little white pumpkins are adorable but I am a fall color girl! Here is a little fall decor for the front yard.
My daughter carved this pumpkin... don't tell her but she makes that same expression!
I love my little ghost friend, he blows in the breeze. It would be so simple to make, it's a head with a coat hanger wire wrapped around his neck and fabric draped over it. You can't see but there are strings with bells hanging down for his arms. I got him at Big Lots last year. Cuuuuteeee!
And his little friend, Matilda, she is a cutie too!
I made this with a Goodwill frame and scrapbook paper for the background. The legs are made with my Silhouette. Have I mentioned how much I love it???? And once again, I have the best niece ever for buying it for me!
I made this little topiary too. Dollar store orange pumpkins spray painted and polka dotted. Have you ever used a marshmallow to make polka dots? It's the best thing! Kids love to do it too! I also spray painted the dowel.
I simply cut a whole in each pumpkin top and bottom, painted, stuck the dowel in the container, glued them on the dowel, then tied all kinds of ribbon onto the dowel.
I also cut out the Boo with my Silhouette. The container was from a garage sale for a buck! This was really a cheap project and quick. I wish I had room for 2!
Here is a little closeup of my cute pumpkins. The smallest one is real, has some orange and white. The crow I love, but only because it's wood, all the crow's in the neighborhood give me the creeps!!!
I think she falls under the heading "she is so ugly she is cute"! Her name is Perdy Gerdy, she welcomes me home everyday!
This mirror is another great Goodwill find. It was only 5.00. I had intended to give it to my niece but I got an idea and had to run with it. I bought this tree decal on clearance at Target this summer and thought it would be the perfect backdrop for my Halloween table.
Do you remember these??? I spent hours playing with the Ouji board as a kid, crazy fun stuff! Well I just looked back at all of this and noticed that there isn't alot of fall color but check back tomorrow. Most of my house looks like fall, this table is the only Halloween part. Here's a sneak peak of another room.
